Course description

Quality improvement isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a method proven to help healthcare facilities address identified challenges and create practical, lasting solutions. This course guides participants through the principles and tools of quality improvement, showing how small changes can lead to safer, more effective care. Along the way, learners will discover strategies to navigate resistance, build stronger teams, and develop long-term improvements.
