Course Description
The majority of physicians earn in the top 10% of income in the United States and yet, 25% of physicians 65 and older have a net worth under $1M. Unfortunately, the majority of physicians don't learn anything about personal finance or investing at any time during their training, not during undergrad, medical school, residency or fellowship. With the cost of undergraduate and medical school education skyrocketing, the median educational debt has risen to over $200,000. This program will review financial principles and discuss investing to build wealth.

Elizabeth Chiang, MD, PhD, also known as Elisa, is an oculoplastic surgeon at Illinois Eye Center in Peoria, Illinois. Dr. Chiang experienced burnout less than five years after completing medical training. Coaching changed her world, and she became a certified life coach to share the power of coaching to help with burnout as well as to achieve any goal.
