COVID-19 has led to many unique challenges. Physicians need to be productive while also managing home responsibilities. Trying to be productive comes with a new set of difficulties to balance during this pandemic. We will discuss some tips on how to try to find equilibrium.
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
- Discuss work-life balance/integration
- Identify how to work towards a balance; and
- Curate responsibilities and say “no” when necessary.
