Course Description
ISMS is pleased to host the National Government Services (NGS) for an update on recent coding changes related to the 2023 Medicare physician fee schedule and the impact of these changes on billing. Part of the changes for 2023 involve E/M coding updates that were outlined in the final Medicare fee schedule. This webinar, presented by Nathan Kennedy from National Government Services (NGS), will provide important updates and guidance on the use of the revised code set. NGS is the regional Medicare contractor serving Illinois.

Nathan Kennedy has worked with National Government Services for nearly 35 years obtaining a broad knowledge base of the entire Medicare Part B program. Nathan began his Medicare career in claims processing and then moved to the appeals area. His current position is in the provider outreach and education area, where he has worked for the past 24 years.
